Laughlin Ranch builder sells its last house

BULLHEAD CITY - Nationwide Homes, Inc., builder of over 350 homes at Laughlin Ranch has sold all of its remaining properties at the master planned community.

The sale marks the end of Nationwide's auctions at Laughlin Ranch and provides for the co-coordinated marketing of Laughlin Ranch going forward.

Included in the sale were 79 building lots, primarily in Black Mountain Estates, the Pinnacle, a planned 101 unit townhouse development and the Overlook, a planned 145 unit townhouse development.

During the past 18 months Nationwide had utilized a quarterly real estate auction to sell its remaining inventory of homes at Laughlin Ranch.

Laughlin Ranch, Mohave County's largest master planned community, has been repositioning its assets in response to market conditions.

The championship golf course, the Grill and Spa, as well as the overall real estate development planning at Laughlin Ranch, has been managed by Scottsdale based Avion Holdings.

Consistent with its original vision, Laughlin Ranch has worked diligently to assure the integrity and future of the community.

The residents of Bullhead City and Laughlin have enjoyed the uninterrupted excellence of the award winning 18-hole golf course, Clubhouse, Grill and banquet facilities, as well as the full service day spa and fitness center. All are open to the public and are providing first class service every day.

Local real estate brokers are reporting that open house traffic at Laughlin Ranch's various communities has increased noticeably in recent months, and with affordable home prices and some of the lowest interest rates in years, sales of existing new homes have been on the rise.
